Clubhouse Rental Fees Changes to $100 Per Rental
Community Events
As of September 1, 2010 the rental fee for the clubhouse will be $100. The deposit will remain at $300. Those that have already reserved the clubhouse for after September 1st is grandfathered in. This cost increase will help with some of the extras that we are having to spend on the landscaping that wasn't in this year’s budget. If you have any concerns please get with an RAB member, as we all voted for this increase.

Clubhouse Rental Process
Community Events
jcostolo writes:

Clubhouse Rental

There have been a lot of questions lately about reserving the clubhouse for private events.  Here is the information you'll need to make a reservation:

Costs:

Rental Fee - $100  (Covers cost of processing the agreement, plus the cost of the inspection after use.)

Deposit - $300 (Fully Refundable after the post-event inspection has been completed).

You will be asked to submit a check for each, but only the rental fee check will be cashed, unless there is damage found after your event.

Reservation Process:

To reserve the clubhouse, contact Carla Chaplin (clchaplin@teammgt.com) and provide the date you would like to reserve.   The rental period covers the entire day of the rental, so there can only be reservation per day.  Once the date is confirmed to be available, you will be "penciled in" on the calendar, pending completion of the reservation process and receipt of deposit and rental fee.  You will be sent the rental agreement and instructions.  Once complete, you will need to send the signed form and your checks back to Team, at which point your reservation is confirmed.  You will then be put in contact with one of the RAB members, who have the clubhosue keys.  You can work with that RAB member to schedule a key exchange for the afternoon/evening before your rental.  Keys are due back to the RAB the day after the reservation.
